Art of Fitness Receives Massachusetts Charitable Solicitation Approval

We’re excited to officially share that Art of Fitness has received authorization from the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office to solicit charitable contributions in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

This milestone is an important step forward for our organization and our mission.

For those unfamiliar, charitable solicitation registration is a legal compliance process required for nonprofits that raise funds from the public. In Massachusetts, organizations must register with the Attorney General’s Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division before soliciting donations or conducting charitable fundraising campaigns.

Receiving this approval means Art of Fitness has met the state’s requirements for charitable fundraising and is now authorized to continue expanding our impact through fundraising initiatives, sponsorships, partnerships, ticket sales, campaigns, and community support.

As our organization continues to grow, transparency, accountability, and ethical stewardship remain core values of our organization. We are committed not only to creating powerful artistic experiences, but also to ensuring that the funds raised through our events are managed responsibly and in compliance with nonprofit regulations.

This approval also strengthens our ability to:

  • Support mental health-related causes through fundraising initiatives
  • Build partnerships with sponsors and donors
  • Expand future programming and community outreach
  • Increase public trust and organizational credibility
  • Continue growing Art of Fitness sustainably and responsibly

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported Art of Fitness so far — our performers, volunteers, sponsors, donors, audience members, and community partners. Every step forward is possible because of the people who believe in this mission.

Art has the power to heal. Movement has the power to transform. Community has the power to change lives.

And we’re just getting started!
