Every performance at the Art of Fitness Charity Showcase is an opportunity to move with purpose and create meaningful change.
This year, our giving model reflects both collective impact and personal connection. While our Board of Directors selects primary beneficiary organizations that align with the Art of Fitness Mental Health Matrix, every performer also has the opportunity to dedicate their performance to a nonprofit organization that has personally impacted their life or reflects a cause they deeply care about.
Together, these organizations remind us that mental health is influenced by far more than clinical care alone. It is shaped by our relationships, our safety, our communities, our identities, and the systems that surround us.
Our Mental Health Matrix
We believe mental health is influenced by a spectrum of factors. Our giving priorities are organized across four key categories:
Basic Needs – Access to essentials like housing, food, safety, and healthcare
Identity & Social Pressures – Challenges related to belonging, stigma, discrimination, and societal expectations
Specific Mental Health Challenges – Direct support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction
Systemic Barriers – Structural inequities that limit access to care and well-being
The organizations we support often span multiple categories—because real-world impact rarely fits into just one box.
