The Team
Behind the Magic

We are thrilled to have the privilege of hosting the Art of Fitness Charity Showcase. This event would not be possible without the dedication and hard work of our board members and the many volunteers who assist throughout the evening. We are deeply grateful for their invaluable contributions.

Art of Fitness: President
Owner: CAT Studio
Owner: Creating Healthy Solutions

In 2019, Jess founded The Art of Fitness with a vision to showcase the strength, creativity, and resilience of the aerial pole community while also bringing attention to important causes—particularly mental health awareness. What began as a small effort to give back through performance and community engagement quickly grew into something far greater than she could have imagined.

The foundation of The Art of Fitness began with CAT Studio.

In 2009, Jess opened a Custom Airbrush Tanning studio in Somerset, Massachusetts. Looking to bring a a healthy glow and a little fun in fitness to a small town. What started as a playful addition quickly sparked curiosity and interest among clients and friends. As that interest grew, Jess began teaching pole sessions and became a certified pole instructor in 2011. From that moment, Custom Airbrush Tan became CAT Studio which evolved into something much greater.

In 2013, CAT Studio relocated to Swansea, Massachusetts, allowing more space to grow and expand Jess’ creative vision.

Before discovering pole and building the CAT Studio community, Jess personally struggled with mental health challenges related to body image, self-worth, and self-acceptance. Through movement, strength training, and the support of an incredible community, Jess found empowerment and transformation. CAT Studio Aerial, Pole, Fuzion & Fitness truly changed her life.

Jess’ goal has always been for every person who walks through our doors to experience that same sense of empowerment and transformation. CAT Studio is more than just a fitness studio—it is a supportive community where individuals can discover their strength, build confidence, and embrace their authentic selves.

CAT Studio, like The Art of Fitness, is rooted in empowerment, creativity, and community. Both use movement and artistic expression to inspire, change and support mental health awareness.

Tracy Blake

Director of Community Outreach

Becoming involved with Art of Fitness marked a turning point in Tracy Blake’s life and professional journey. She saw firsthand how artistic expression and physical movement can support mental health, empower individuals, and strengthen community. The experience inspired her to return to school to formally pair academic study with professional experience.

Tracy graduated from Bristol Community College in Spring 2025 and is currently continuing her education at Bridgewater State University, where she is majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Civic Leadership and plans to pursue an MPA in nonprofit leadership.

She brings more than 30 years of experience in advertising and business development across Southern New England. Tracy currently works at the Jewish Alliance of Greater Rhode Island as an Advertising Sales Representative for Jewish Rhode Island, the organization’s newspaper, building partnerships with organizations and businesses.

She is proud to serve Art of Fitness as Vice President of Community Outreach and a member of the Board of Directors, supporting the organization’s mission of blending art and fitness to raise funds, reduce stigma, and advance global mental wellness.

Terren Steeb

Director of Operations

Terren is in her second year with Art of Fitness and is proud to support the organization. With a background in cognitive science and marketing research, she strives to ensure that the magic on stage is supported by thoughtful planning behind the scenes.

By day, Terren is a research manager for a marketing consultancy, where she specializes in behavioral science, focus group moderation, and turning complex insights into actionable strategy. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that connect people to purpose.

As an aerialist and pole instructor, Terren understands firsthand the courage and dedication it takes to perform. After performing in a previous showcase, she was inspired by the heart, generosity, and community spirit of Art of Fitness and was inspired to help make the experience possible for others.

Victoria Power

Director of Event Logistics

Victoria has been with Art of Fitness since its inception in 2019 and doesn’t plan to stop anytime soon. This organization brings out her serious side, giving her the opportunity to contribute to making the world a better place—something she has always wanted to do. While she recognizes she may not see all the changes in her lifetime, she hopes the children she cares for in her day job as a teacher will.

AOF has brought together Victoria’s two worlds: her performer alter ego, known to many as Godiva Rose, and her teacher side, known as Miss Toria. Through AOF, these parts of her have come together to support performers through education, organization, and logistics. After being part of this work for so long, Victoria cannot imagine a time without AOF helping people. So be sure to visit the hydration station—we’re here for a long time and a good time, and to make change happen.
